I visit this compay and check the shoes. I open a couple of bags with second hand shoes. I told Christian Muller if we should order, i'll be there the day from laoding the 20 feet container, destination Jordan. Also later by app and and mail i told that, this was my appointment with my customer in Jordan. I choose also the shippingcompanie. After signing the invoice Christian told me to pay round 7500 euro, then he start collecting the shoes. I did. After that, silence. I ask many times for the loading day, at least , after 18.00 on friday, he said he should have news on monday. yes he has. He told the container already under the way, and ask me for the rest of the money. I ask him for explanation and told i didn't pay any cent before the shoes were checked in Jordan. After that, i sent many mails and a official letter, by arriving the letter need a sign. I sent this story to the Duth embassy, to the Handelscompany, to the german embassy in Netherland, to the police in Frankfurt. I just start my little companie in January, who can help my to get my money back? I read Muller is arrested, but i still see his website etc.

Last week the GM Christian Mueller as been arrested by German police and is in police custody since then. Mueller is accused of fraud and embezzlement. Now also the source of the rubbish Muller sold to customers worldwide is discovered. From various traders of second hand shoes in Southern Italy the Mr. Muller bought those broken and single shoes for an average price of 10 Euro cents. Muller and his Boex/Silex/Vatex company are a part of a huge criminal network.

Moi sa fait quelque jour que je suis en contacte avec Mr Christian mueller pour ces chaussures, alors on'a fixé un rdv pour le 18/01/2016 pour faire la visite... Apres que j'ai fait un trajet de plus de 400 km (5 heures) de route j'arrive au dépôt de la société Boex a donaustrasse 20, 63450 Hanua, et la ya personne!!! je téléphone a Mr Mueller... Il ne répand pas! portant je lai appeler en route et il ma bien confirmé q'il sera la, ainsi j'ai envoyer plusieurs sms mais pas de repense alors j'ai appeler le call center il dise oui attend attend il arrive...!!! Il va vous contacté...!!! Donc 3 heures d'attente et presque 900 km ainsi perd de temps et l'argent de déplacement pour RIEN...Franchement très déçu ... Tout ça sa approuve q'une chose: ce n'est pas une société sérieuse. Faites très attention

Mr. Christian Mueller, his assistant Ms. Iwanova from Tallin/Estonia and many other working for Boex are notorious criminals. Whatever it is written positively about Boex is false and posted by Mueller himself or his friends. Mr. Mueller and his criminal allies are still going on with cheating people, presenting good shoes to customers in their fake warehouse in Hanau but eventually at a secret warehouse in East Germany, about 450 km away from Hanau, rubbish is filled into containers. All in all the Boex company and the inactivity of the German police is this case is a big shame for Germany.

We are a trading Company in second hand clothes and shoes for several years in Nairobi/Kenya. We purchase goods from many different countries. This business requires lots of trust since it is hard to control what suppliers packs into container. Advance payment is required, however we were never diappointed by any supplier. It seems the Boex Company in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, operated by its GM Christian Mueller and his assistent Ms. Ivanova is using this system of trust to cheat people. Everything starts in their big warehouse and selecting hall in Hanau/Germany, Donaustrasse 10 which is just a fake as we learned afterwards. Customers are presented shoes in A and B category in acceptable quality. However when it comes to load a container this is not done in Hanau but in the East of Germany, close to Polish border, obiously rubbish from second hand shoe Traders in Poland. Even the office of Boex in Frankfurt/Main is not real, only rented on hourly base to fool customers. Telephone is operated by a call service. We ordered 500 sacks grade A and 300 sacks grade B. After opening container only 750 sacks were inside containing simply rubbish. Not even shoes as stipulated in contract but broken slippers and sandals. It was agreed to make SGS inspection and I wanted to see the shoes before shipment but way ahead of scheduled shipment date Mr. Mueller suddnly sent SMS telling that shoes are already on the way to final destination. Since then Mr. Mueller always pretents that his people were selecting proper shoes but the reality tells different story: Sack A and Sack B contains same rubbish, no difference at all. I reported the matter to the German Embassy in Nairobi. A very friendly gentleman of the diplomatic staff told us that we can not file police complaint at the German Embassy but in Germany only however he will help us to do it the proper way. We were advised that a single complaint might be rejected by the police since they will tell that this is a private case about quality issus which must be solved by civil court only Since many customers in Africa were cheated by the Boex Company in the same way we should form a group because then it is a proven fact that rubbish in Container is not a single mistake of Boex but result of notorious criminal activities of Christian Mueller and his assistant Ivanova. Also tell your contact details and confirm that your story can be used for public use otherwise the German Embassy must keep your story under closure. The more in number we are the easier will it be for German Police to consider our complaint as criminal case. When Christian Mueller is a convicted criminal not only with the assets of his company but most important with his personal wealth he must compensate the damages. On top Mueller and Ivanova might face jail terms upto 10 years in prison. Rumors in Keny exist that Boex and Mueller have close relationships to German police and Courts that's why anything against Mueller is turned down. This is absolute not true and even not possible in Germany. However if single plaintiffs appear at the german police (as it happened in the past) the police must reject and refer to the civil courts because in such cases it is indeed about quality questions only. Civil courts in Germany are expensive and all proof must be done by the plaintiff. Therefore we must form a Group of at least 5 victims - to my estimation there are at least 30 victims situated in Africa - and the German Police is oblieged to do all proofing work against Boex and Mueller. From our side we simply must provide evidences which means testimonials, documents and pictures.

Me and my friends had always wanted to help the poor people living near my house in Africa and decided to buy 20ft container of used shoes at Boex.org. After placing the order, it took the company more than a week to dispatch it, which was really annoying but as soon as we got the confirmation, we were regularly updated with the shipment information and the transit of packages. Finally, the shoes arrived and we couldn’t have been happier! As they were second hand shoes, we knew the quality would have been a little degraded, but it was not. Some of the shoes were just slightly used, but no broken shoes were inside. Soles were in good condition. But still, most all the shoes were fine enough to wear. The very next day we distributed these shoes among the poor fellows and they were so delighted to have them!!! Although I know that the shoes we gave were not the best pair of shoes in the world but it made these people so happy on having a chance to wear a pair. Thank you Boex.com. Christian Mueller and his assistant Ivanova are operating a fake company called Boex in FrankfurtMain, Germany. This company has a fake warehouse in Hanau and a fake office in Frankfurt. Everything there is to fool customers. Used shoes of A and B category are offered to custoers but eventually only rubbish is loaded into containers as it happend to us. So many customers Mueller was cheating in Africa. We must form a group to sue Mueller and Ivanova. Together we are strong and we can punish Mueller and Ivanova quickly and bring them to jail.
